General Rules and Regulations
1. Only members and their guests are entitled to use the facilities of the Club. Salaried employees are not guests. Ay use of the facilities by such persons or their families shall be at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
2. Members will be notified in advance of the hours of operations for all Club facilities. Such hours shall be as the Board directs.
3. All members and members of their household must register each time they enter the Club property. The membership number and the name of the member, or other person in the member's household, must be entered on the register.
4. Children under the age of nine (9) must be accompanied by an adult or guardian thirteen (13) years of age or older. Adult or guardian supervision is not required during supervised activities.
5. Children under sixteen (16) years of age are not allowed in the Adult Room or in the Bathrooms in the main Clubhouse unless they are accompanied and supervised by an adult eighteen (18) years of age or older. Minors are not allowed in the Adult Room at any time during which alcoholic beverages are being served and/or consumed.
6. During the Winter Season, excluding weekends and holidays, children under twelve (12) years of age and under must be off the Club grounds by 7:00 PM. Children thirteen (13) to seventeen (17) years of age may be on the grounds if playing tennis with, or being supervised at court-side by, an adult member eighteen (18) years of age or older.
7. No glass containers or bottles of any kind are allowed outside the main Clubhouse.
8. Persons in wet bathing suits are not allowed in the main Clubhouse or in the Sunroom
9. Members are responsible for keeping the Clubhouse, Weight Room, and grounds clean and neat. All trash must be placed in proper receptacles.
10. Members wishing to utilize Club facilities outside of normal operating hours may obtain a personal entry/security code from the Office.
(a) A member requesting such a code is required to sign a statement or legal and personal liability for any damage or loss occurring to club property during the member's occupancy of the facility.
(b) A one-time programming charge of $10.00 will be charged to the member at the time the code is assigned.
11. Members are responsible for the conduct of themselves, the members of their household, and their guests.
a) Members are personally liable for any property damage caused by themselves, members of their household, and their guests.
b) Any member, member of his household, or his guest, who is behaving in an ungentlemanly or unladylike fashion or who fails to or refuses to adhere to these rules and regulations after being requested to do so by any Director or supervisory personnel, may be summarily expelled from the Club property.
12. For such actions as listed in 10(b), foregoing the member may be subject to possible suspension, fine, or expulsion from membership. If such infraction of the rules is committed by a guest, in addition to the above action against the member, such guest may be permanently barred from Club property. Such action's) may be taken through a majority vote of the Board of Directors.
1. The pool may not be used by any person who has a communicable disease, open sores, or any other condition or ailment dangerous to the health of others using the pool.
2. Everyone must shower before entering the pool.
3. The wading pool is restricted to children six (6) years of age and under. The wading pool is not guarded. Children are the complete responsible of their parents and/or guardians.
4. Proper attire must be worn in the pools. Persons in street clothing are not allowed in the pool at any time.
5. The following items and activities are prohibited in the main pool, the wading pool, and on the pool deck:
a. food and refreshments b. chewing gun c. tobacco items d. play pens e. boisterous or rough play f. running g. automobile tires and inter-tubes, rafts, and any other objects deemed objectionable or dangerous by pool personnel h. jumping or diving from the sides of the pool in the diving area or near the steps i. double bouncing on the boards j. more than one person on a diving board
1. The Tennis Courts are for playing tennis. All other activities are strictly prohibited.
2. Proper attire must be worn on the courts at all times. Proper attire consists of tennis shorts, shirts, skirts, or dresses, and regulation tennis shoes. Bathing suits are not permitted
3. Walking onto or behind a court which is in use is not permitted.
4. Court reservations may be made up to two days in advance. Court reservations for doubles challenges my be made up to three days in advance.
5. The Office will accept reservations by telephone beginning at 12:30 PM daily. Challenge courts my be reserved by calling the Office 12:15 PM daily.
6. Reservations must be made and signed for either by the player or by a member of the player's household. Only one reservation per phone call will be accepted.
6. Failure to sign for and/or use a reserved court will result in a $3.00 fine.
7. Cancellations must be made a minimum of two (2) hours in advance, (four (4) hours for reservations from 8:30 to 10:30 PM)
1. Guests must be registered by a member or by a member of the member's household nine (9) years of age or older.
2. When registering guests, the guest slip provided in the Office must be used. The name, address, and the age of the guest must be indicated. If no age is shown, the adult guest fee will be charged.
3. Guest Fees are $7.00 per day for Adults and children.
Guest Fees may be paid in the Office or will be billed to the member on a quarterly basis.
4. No guest fee will be charged, other than on legal holidays, for those persons acting as guardians or members' children when the member parent is not present. Such persons, while acting as guardians, are not permitted the use of the pool or courts.
5. Failure of a member to register a guest may result in the imposition of a fine. Repeated violations will result in the suspension of membership.
