The GACC Clubhouse is available to rent for your parties, gatherings and events.

The Process:

• Fill out the Rental Request form
• A member of the front office will setup a time to discuss your event in more detail
• GACC will email an invoice.  Full Payment is required to secure the date/time of the event.

There are two (2) types of Clubhouse Rental Offerings

1. 1. Standard Clubhouse Rental – Reserves the event space for the renter and their guests. During the rental period, Green Acres members may continue to access the clubhouse for limited purposes, including:
      1. Restroom use, access to the refrigerator and ice machine, brief entry related to club activities or membership needs
      2. GACC members are expected to be respectful of the event and minimize any disruption to renters and their guests.
   2. Private Clubhouse Rental – Reserves the event space for the renter and their guests. During the rental period, the clubhouse will be closed to all non-event attendees during the entire rental six (6) hour period.
      1. Only the renter, their guests, designated staff, and authorized club representatives may enter the building.
      2. Signage will be posted indicating that the clubhouse is reserved for a private event.
      3. The renter will have exclusive use of the event space, restrooms, refrigerator, and ice machine
