 Metairie, La 70001  

Training Pre-reqs:   300 yard swim with rhythmic breathing                                  

Timed weight retrieval                                  

Tread water with legs only (2 minutes)                                   

Proof of passing online coursework                                 

Be 15 years of age  

Cost:   Approximately $300

Once payment and registration is received, an email will be sent to the course participants with further instructions on course completion.  Enrollment in the course does not guarantee certification.  Payments are non-refundable.
